- Sun Damage Screening - Early detection is key to preventing skin cancer. Using a Dermascan™ device with fluorescent bulbs and a magnifying mirror, this screening helps participants visualize underlying sun damage that may not be visible to the naked eye. Educational guidance on sun protection and skin health will be provided.
- Posture & Core Office Exercise Demonstration - Poor posture contributes to headaches, neck pain, low‑back pain, and numbness or tingling
in the limbs. This session demonstrates simple, effective exercises designed to improve posture and strengthen the core. Participants will learn:
