Filing of this application does not stay collection of this tax. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. When applying for an adjustment it is the applicant’s responsibility to contact us for a new amount. A new bill will not be issued. Refunds will be issued for overpayments.

Please Note: No excise may be reduced to less than $5. No abatement for less than $5 will be granted and no refund of less than $5 will be made.

LEASED VEHICLES - If the vehicle you are applying for an abatement on was a leased car, please do not apply. Please call the leasing company for a refund, they will need to apply for the abatement.
