Each year, applications for Mayor Nicholson's Youth Summer Employment Program are made available in May. Youth will have the opportunity to create a positive impact in their local community and undergo professional growth. Please note that you must be ages 16-21 years old to qualify for this program.
This year's application will go live on May 1st, 2026. The deadline to submit an application is May 29th, 2026.
Quick Facts:
• Positions are limited this year. Not all requests will be made. All youth not hired will be added to a waitlist.
• Job placements are based on the availability of work assignments.
• Email notifications of job placements will be sent out in June.
• Submit the completed application to [email protected] before the deadline date
