Join Registered Dietitian and Life/Wellness Coach Tricia Silverman for a delicious hands-on seminar where we will dive into the art of creating easy, no-fuss gourmet snacks! In this fun and interactive demonstration, we’ll cover three irresistible treats:

🍓 Chocolate-Covered Strawberries – Learn the secrets to achieving perfectly glossy, chocolate-dipped strawberries with delightful toppings.

🥜 Almond Butter Fruit Dip – Whip up a creamy, nutty dip that pairs beautifully with fresh fruit for a wholesome and satisfying snack.

🍫 Pecan Chocolate No-Bake Treats – Discover how to make rich, chewy, no-bake bites packed with crunchy pecans, dates, and indulgent cocoa.

Whether you’re looking for elegant party treats or quick, healthy snacks, this seminar will leave you inspired (and satisfied!). Come ready to taste, create, and indulge!

All Attendees will have a chance to win a specially curated gift basket. The basket will have all the nonperishable ingredients from the sessions cooking demonstrations so the winner can make the recipes at home! Winner will be drawn at the workshop.

Pecan Chocolate No-Bake Treats:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans or almonds
  • 1 cup pitted dates (remove stems if present)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or organic cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup increments of water, as needed

Optional: Hemp hearts, maca, or goji powder to coat

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in food processor, add 1/4 cup water at a time if you need more moisture.
  2. Roll into balls.  Optional roll in hemp seed, maca, or goji powder.
  3. Freese for 1-2 hours and enjoy right from the freezer, or heat in the microwave in 10-second increments, until desired temperature.

Almond Butter Ricotta Dip:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Skim or nonfat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter (unsalted)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Optional add-ins/toppings:

  • Dark or bittersweet chocolate morsels
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Keep refrigerated until serving.
  2. Serve with your favorite fruit such as blueberries or skewered fruit such as strawberries, grapes and bananas, and an optional mini marshmallow on top.

Makes about 22 (1-Tablespoon) servings
