Residents of Lynn may request a citation, certificate, or proclamation from the Mayor's Office to recognize or commemorate a person or organization's achievement or cause.
The Mayor offers residents varying forms of recognition dependent on the level of achievement. All requests are reviewed in accordance with City guidelines, and approval is at the discretion of the Mayor’s Office. Receiving a citation or certificate from the Mayor does not constitute an endorsement.
