The City of Lynn proudly commemorates our community’s diverse cultures, heritage, and backgrounds through flag-raising events held throughout the year. These ceremonies provide an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the many traditions and communities that contribute to the City’s character and vitality.

• All flag-raising applications are subject to review and approval in accordance with city policies
• A completed application must be submitted at least three to four weeks in advance of the requested flag-raising date
