State Opioid Response - Prevention in Early Childhood Grant
The Prevention in Early Childhood (PEC) grant focuses on identifying and addressing community factors that increase the risk of future substance use among children impacted by developmental delays and parental substance use. Through this work, we are currently training local providers in Brazelton Touchpoints, an evidence-based professional development model that helps professionals engage families more effectively through a strengths-based approach and better support them during critical stages of child and family development. We have partnered with ASPIRE, LEO, and NAAM to offer these trainings at no cost to local providers.
