For Retailers
- How to File a Tobacco Appeal
- If you're a retailer and received a tobacco violation/fine, you have seven (7) business days from the date of the letter to file an appeal
- An appeal can be filed with the Lynn Public Health Division at Lynn City Hall:
- 3 City Hall Square, 01901, Room: 110
- You can print and fill-out the appeal form or write a note requesting an appeal and drop it off in-person at the above address
Please note that the Lynn Board of Health meets once a month. Once you submit your appeal, you will receive a notification by email or mail regarding your appeal date. While your appeal request is in process, any suspensions or fines related to your tobacco violation will be place on hold.
