Open Enrollment is Happening Now!
Open enrollment is an annual period that employees can enroll in, and/or make changes to their insurance plans. Please note, proof of dependent status is required for all enrollments.
Open Enrollment runs from May 1 - June 1, with benefit changes being effective July 1st for the following benefits:
- Medical / Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare
- Dental / Altus
- Vision / Altus
Medical, Dental and Vision enrollments are submitted in Employee Self Service.
