Online Appeals
Online appeals can be processed through the City's Citation Portal within 21 days of issuance.
Search For Citations
In order to search for a citation, you must visit the City's Citation Portal and provide the following information: citation number, license plate number, VIN number.
Payment
The Parking Department can accept payments for all tickets online with the exception of those that have been sent to the Registry of Motor Vehicles for non-renewal. Residents can also pay tickets in person at City Hall.
Please note that tickets issued prior to July 1st, 2022, must be paid through the City's former database.
