Lynn has been designated as an Equity Community, which means residents and businesses have access to enhanced incentives and support for clean energy programs.

  • Enhanced Rebates

Lynn residents receive higher rebate amounts for energy efficiency upgrades, solar installations, and electric vehicle equipment compared to non-equity communities.

  • Priority Access

Priority access to limited funding programs, technical assistance, and support services for clean energy projects.

  • Community Solar

Preferential access to community solar programs that allow residents to benefit from solar energy without installing panels on their property. Save 10-15% on electricity bills with no upfront cost.

SPARK Initiative - Student Energy Efficiency Education

The SPARK (Students Promoting Action for Reducing Kilowatts) Initiative brings hands-on energy education to Lynn Public Schools, engaging 8,000 students across 9 schools in grades 6-12.
