REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES

The City of Lynn, MA invites qualified firms and individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications for the performance of environmental engineering and consulting services on an, as needed, on-call basis. Services would be provided on an as needed and requested basis. Services will be non-exclusive and are not a guarantee of work.
Fee: Fees for Services will be negotiated for each project conducted under the contract once the contract has been awarded. Each project fee shall be as a total Fixed Dollar Amount or a Time and Materials with a not to exceed cost. Contract term shall be three years.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained starting Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Lynn City Hall Purchasing Department, Room 206, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, Massachusetts 01901. The RFQ will be available via email/mail by contacting the purchasing department at 781-586-6893 or by email at: [email protected] . RFQ’s are available until the due date specified below.

Applicants shall submit proposal clearly marked “RFQ#03-687 Environmental Consulting Services”. Proposals must be submitted to Timothy Leonard, Purchasing Agent at the address before 12:00PM, Thursday, September 17, 2026. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.

The City of Lynn reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed in the best interest of the City. The City of Lynn Purchasing Agent will prepare the notice of award and award this contract.

The City of Lynn invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of concrete bid blocks as specified. Deliver to Department of Public Works, 250 Commercial Street, Lynn, MA 01902

Specifications will be available for pick up starting Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Lynn City Hall, Purchasing Department, Room 206, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, MA 01901. Specifications will be mailed or emailed upon request to the purchasing department at [email protected] or at 781-586-6893

50% Payment Bond of the total bid price will be required of awarded supplier if cost is over $25,000.

The City of Lynn, Department of Public Works is seeking bids from vendors for the acquisition of a stacker conveyor to be used for placing salt within the city’s salt dome at 250 Commercial Street, Lynn, MA 01901. The stacker will be manufactured and installed by the vendor at 250 Commercial Street as part of this purchase. Details are as outlined in specifications
