PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES
The City of Lynn requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide public relations services as referenced in specifications.

Services are to plan, coordinate, and administer public relations services to leverage media coverage about the City of Lynn. Efforts are intended to enhance the brand of the City, support transparency, and increase resident engagement and input.

Specifications may be obtained starting Monday, August 17, 2026 at the City of Lynn Purchasing Department, Room 206, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, MA 01901. Specifications are available by email/mail on request at [email protected] or by calling 781-586-6893. Specifications are available until the due date specified below.

Non-Price proposals and price proposals must be sealed and clearly marked in separate envelopes as outlined in request for proposal specifications. Any proposal not received in this manner will be rejected. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.

Proposals in form must be submitted to the City of Lynn at the above address no later than 11:00AM, Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Concrete Bin Blocks

The City of Lynn invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of concrete bid blocks as specified. Deliver to Department of Public Works, 250 Commercial Street, Lynn, MA 01902

Specifications will be available for pick up starting Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Lynn City Hall, Purchasing Department, Room 206, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn, MA 01901. Specifications will be mailed or emailed upon request to the purchasing department at [email protected] or at 781-586-6893

SUPPLY OF VARIOUS CLOTHING AND RELATED ITEMS

The City of Lynn, MA will receive bids for the Supply of Various Clothing and Related Items for the Lynn Fire Department (LFD) employees.

Awarded vendor will be responsible for making all items listed in bid specifications available for purchase by the employees and City of Lynn. Items include but not limited to polo shirts, pants, sweatshirts, dress uniforms, pins, badges and caps. Embroidery and/or applying patches at the LFD request will be required on some items. The awarded vendor must have a storefront either in the City of Lynn or a surrounding community location approved by the LFD.

Services will include all labor, material and equipment for a clean-up of leaves, branches, trash and debris as outlined in specifications. Contract will be for three (3) fall clean ups. Years 2026, 2027 and 2028.
