Behavioral Health Service Navigation Team

Harvard Pilgrim has a Dedicated Behavioral Health Service Navigation Team.

The Behavioral Health Service Navigation Team will:

  • Help you select a therapist /medication manager that meets your criteria (ex. male/female, online or in person appts, specializing in specific conditions)
  • Help you make first appointment with selected therapist/medication manager, typically within 6 days (vs more standard wait time of 60 days)
  • Follow up with you after the appointment to make sure it’s a good fit. If not, the BH Service Navigator will help you find another provider.

InStride Health

Specialized virtual therapy for children with severe anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

At Harvard Pilgrim, we understand the challenges families face when a child, teen or young adult struggles with severe anxiety or OCD. That’s why we offer access to InStride Health, a specialized virtual program1 for members (ages 7-22) experiencing conditions such as excessive worry, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, social anxiety, fears or phobias, school avoidance, body dysmorphia and  air pulling/skin picking.

Grow Therapy: Comprehensive Mental Health Support

Grow Therapy program provides virtual and in-person outpatient therapy and medication management for a wide range of behavioral health needs. This program helps to ensure timely and personalized care for members ages 6+ nationwide.

  2. View provider search results and filter based on your preference.
  3. Select an appointment date and time for the provider of your choice. Have your insurance card available, you will need to enter the 9-digit member ID to complete the booking.

 

Valera Health

Valera Health, offers virtual therapy and psychiatry services1 for members ages 12 and older. From mild to severe behavioral health conditions, Valera Health’s expert clinicians have a collaborative and inclusive approach to addressing your mental health needs and overall well-being.

We provide substance use disorder and opioid addiction treatment through Spectrum Health Systems, a nonprofit organization that offers a full range of addiction treatment and behavioral health services across Massachusetts, including:
