City of Lynn

The City of Lynn is committed to growing our language access initiatives. The Mayor's Office has a Language Access Coordinator that oversees the City’s partnership with the New American Association of Massachusetts to provide translation services in Spanish, Khmer, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Arabic, (and others as needs arise) and serve as the primary resource for departments needing documents translated into the City’s most commonly spoken languages.

The Language Access Coordinator is overseen by the City’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. The City Hall Interpreters are overseen by the Language Access Coordinator.
