Continuing with the mission to provide the city and its residents with great customer service, the City of Lynn's Inspectional Services Department is proud to introduce its online portal for permitting and payments. The portal can be accessed by visiting www.lynnisdportal.com.

No computer at home or need help navigating the portal? No problem! There are two public computers in the ISD office in Room 403 at City Hall and staff on hand to assist.
