American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Overview

The City of Lynn has been allocated approximately $75 million from the U.S. Department of Treasury as a result of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), signed into effect by President Joe Biden on March 11, 2021. This bill seeks to help the country recover from the devastating impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing emergency funding for state, local, territorial and tribal governments.

These ARPA funds have provided a historic opportunity to improve the quality of our lives through a wide variety of projects throughout the city. We encourage you to explore the City's ARPA Funded Projects and stay up-to-date with spending and project reports.
